1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

✔ You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product
✔ You share a full unboxing video without cuts or pauses
✔ You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

✘ Change of mind
✘ Wrong size or model ordered by customer
✘ Slight color variation (due to lighting & screen settings)

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, you must:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Send us:
   • Full unboxing video
   • Photos of the issue
   • Order ID
3. Our support team will review the request
4. After approval, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship back

Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

3. Refund Method

After we receive & inspect the returned product:

✔ Refund will be issued within 3–7 working days
✔ Refund will be made to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Wallet)

For Cash on Delivery orders:
Refund will be done via bank transfer/UPI only.

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible, you can choose:

✔ Replacement of the same product
✔ Exchange with another product (price difference applicable)

Replacement is processed only after the returned product passes QC.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns for:

• Used products
• Damaged by customer
• Scratches after use
• Accessories/tools
• Free items received in offers

7. Wrong / Incomplete Address

If the order returns due to:

• Customer unreachable
• Wrong address
• Incorrect phone number

Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Missing Items or Wrong Product

If any item is missing, or you received a completely wrong product:

✔ Share unboxing video
✔ We will provide free replacement or refund
✔ No extra charge

9. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier company
• Weather
• Festivals
• Local restrictions
