1. Shipping Timeline

We ship all orders within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & public holidays).

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

• 3–5 working days for major cities
• 5–7 working days for other locations
• Remote areas may take a little longer

2. Shipping Charges

✔ Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
✔ COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp with your tracking link
• You can track your order anytime through the courier partner’s website

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most locations.
If COD is unavailable for your pincode, you will be notified during checkout.

COD orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp for security purposes.

5. Incorrect Address / Phone Number

If you enter an incomplete or incorrect address/phone number:

• Your order may get delayed
• Courier may return the product
• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply

6. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Festivals
• Logistics issues
• Strikes
• Remote location

StyleTracks is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

7. Missed Delivery Attempts

Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If you are unavailable, the package may return to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Open Package

If you receive:

• A damaged package
• Opened box
• Tampered shipment

Please don’t accept the parcel.
